$240 for a 50-minute session

INSURANCE

If you have a PPO plan and would like to get reimbursed by your insurance provider, I can provide you with a receipt for you to submit a claim directly to your insurance carrier. Reimbursement rates vary, depending on your plan.

I recommend you asking these questions of your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

* Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?

* Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met my deductible yet this year?

PAYMENT

My practice is private pay, meaning that patients pay me directly via Venmo (@alicia-duzman) or check. I do not take medical insurance. Payment is due at the time of each session.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged the full rate of the session.
